1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. If you are located in a remote or regional area, delivery times may be longer.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; this will be clearly stated on the product page or discussed during customer follow up regarding personalised products.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options via Australia Post:

  • Standard Parcel Post: Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days
  • Express Post: Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We endeavour to provide flat rate shipping for parcels Australia-wide, however, significantly large or heavy orders may attract a higher shipping rate, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our website and automatically applied to orders that meet the free shipping offer conditions.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.

6. Delays and Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other external circumstances. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us with any enquiries.
