Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Purr3D. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products and services. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. However, we may offer a store credit at our discretion if the item is returned unused, in original packaging, and within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning any items.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at purr3d@purrfectpens.pet.
- Provide a description of the issue and include clear photos if possible.
- We will assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
4. Return Process
To return an item:
- Email us at [your email] with your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- We will provide instructions for the return.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Perishable goods
6. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
7. Variations in 3D Printed Products
Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, each product may exhibit slight variations in texture, finish, and colour. Minor surface imperfections, layer lines, or colour inconsistencies are normal and occur as a result of the filament material and the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the item and are not considered faults or defects. By purchasing a 3D printed item, you acknowledge and accept these inherent qualities as part of the manufacturing process.
